This basement was to be 10' high; TO ACHIEVE A LIVEABLE SPACE ABOVE THE 100 YEAR FLOOD PLAIN, A 14' HIGH BASEMENT WAS CONSTRUCTED. The concrete was place in ONE LIFT, 14' HIGH!!! No Bracing on corners. Well done Alpha Construction!!!
